what just happened

I got immediately lost to the point where I couldn't return to anything familiar and couldn't find anywhere else to go without getting more lost so it ended up being one long path with very little doubling back on myself so I got stuck.

A minimap would be great. If it just showed your position in the rooms you've seen, that'd be great. Not necessarily showing the contents of each room, just the positioning of the rooms to each other and the room you're in.
Otherwise awesome game. Controls are great, gameplay's great, story about as decent as a game's story can get. Just confusing, is all.

Perhaps the most minimalistic Metroidvania I've ever played. And that my friends is a great thing.

The concept of a demo being more than a demo.
The anxious feeling of exploring and vast unknow land.
It was all very well done (though I admit that replaying it lost a little of the initial impact and it felt like it dragged a little in some parts where you'd need to travel great lenghs just to get to the next part and the pathway was rough)
