Nintendo hard, but still really good

Your game is good, it's fun. has some fun elements to it. My only gripe is, well yeah it's a bit challenging. And not in the way like, some tactical thinking games like Zelda are, it's nintendo hard. Basically nintendo hard is a term for old school platforming nintendo type games that have frustrating levels, that many people deem unbeatable. And the only way to slay these beasts is to either: A:Have some well timed jumps or B:Memorize the level layout after many failed attempts until it is finally beatable. Now I'm not saying your game isn't good, I'm just saying for the occasional gamer like me, the levels get frustrating at times. But I did like the level skipping feature, where I could go and play other levels so I could unlock more, because there are some levels in this game I just can't beat. But I finally got to a point where I couldn't beat the levels any more, which is a shame, because I really did enjoy it. I look forward to playing any games you make in the future, I'll definitely tune in to see what you make. You got talent, keep it up

Good but..

This game is well made, but the only issue I find is how slippery and fast the character is. It makes precise jumps very difficult and I got frustrated. Maybe it's because I am use to the speed of Mario in his platforming games but this still seems just too wild. Other than that this game is very enjoyable but without good control a game is gimped. Sorry for the 7.

Controls are incredibly slippery

The controls are pretty awkward and I still can't get used to the wall jumps. Wasn't able to sit through the game for more than five minutes.

Don't get me wrong but...

I love the overall style of this game and the simple platforming elements, however I found myself angrily yelling at the screen most of the game...I even went so far as to phrases such as "COME ON COCKMEAT BOY JUMP! JUUMP!!!" It's not that it's a BAD game. I just find that Meat Boy doesn't like to stand still in the air and that he likes to slide UP walls a bit. The game is too sensitive for using a keypad- but that doesn't mean I didn't have fun. I had a blast playing the levels and each one was its own challenge. My fingers on my right hand hurt from pressing the keys so hard from wall-jumping.... The music is nice as well. It's gonna be stuck in my head for a while now....
