The zombie horde are unrelenting, insatiable. The only chance to survive is to make it to Union City in 40 days, before the evacuations end.

Move from town to town collecting all you can carry and defend yourself through the night.

Just addicting. Well crafted and playable and experienced very few little bugs. Wish there was a bit more story involved and was as interesting as the first one. Otherwise 5/5 Perfect game!

Just as badass as I remembered! If I went into full detail about why I love this game, this review would be long as shit, but take my word for it, this is a great game. In fact, I'd go as far as to say this is one of my favorite NG games of all time! The Last Stand series continues it's march of badassery even to this day.

(P.S, give any and all full-auto weapons to your survivors, because they don't do much damage and four of them will be an excellent help. Use the Hunting Rifle if you get it, and NEVER use the Grenades. Also, keep your Chainsaw at all times, because you're the only one who can equip it.)

A truly fantastic game. There are some issues, however, that make gameplay much less enjoyable. I'm not sure if these are unresolved bugs or simply design decisions, but two things in particular bother me. The first is the "Retry" mechanism. Any survivors or traps lost stay lost, making the "retry" much harder than the original attempt. The other issue is the fact that survivor health does not refill at the beginning of each round. This is likely a gameplay decision to make the survivors more valuable, but I find it quite irritating when one of my party dies three seconds into the round, especially when they have a better weapon than the others. The second point does not influence my rating, it's just a thought.
