First of all i wouldnt suggest making flash of this size, it is large and takes time to load for some, but you did show some ok characters and scenes, allthough they do need abit more detailing, so not so bad for your first

the animation was bad there was no plot and no sound effects too short the song was the only good thing but you cant make a flash on pure music do it over

Im not gonna cut slack cuz its yer 1st flash, but it was so,so for yer first.

graphics
the graphics were as u just drew something and then didnt edit it to be better. u kept with the same drawing u came up with . ur not that good so u should look at it and think about what u drew. it was also short. and pico died. thats my personal opinion. so do better next time and maybe think of how to draw better then just think u draw too well u dont need to look back at it.
Ps: draw with out a blind fold on

im not that kind of guy that says "you suck!" or "gtfo newgrounds noob!".
but i'll give you a little advice about your submission. you should work on it a little because the characters are not very good. try to make it a little longer. OPTIONAL: try to add intros such as credits like "fiveoclock presents... a pico day flash. blah blah blah..." hope it gave you an idea! :) happy flashing!
