First of all i wouldnt suggest making flash of this size, it is large and takes time to load for some, but you did show some ok characters and scenes, allthough they do need abit more detailing, so not so bad for your first

Who else are we gunna blame, you made it. its not bad for a first animation, but still lacking, and not gunna hold up against others in the competition, dont get discouraged, just get better
