You did well for your first submission. I would suggest adding sound, or, if you were trying to create the illusion of a silent news reel, take out the color. Also, the animation wasn't very smooth. At one point, a skull vanished instantly. You obviously have lots of potential, but you need to refine your skills. Don't give up.

repetitive animations and no sound lend to this slumps slump....sure it has historical value, but its style of flash definately take away from the story.

Probably, the only Flash about WWI on Newgrounds, but still a fine animation.

The run cycle could use a little work and sound would definitely improve the whole presentation. I understand you're trying to go for a silent film, but it comes off as a bit underwhelming. Everything should be speeded up a bit, for a Flash about the Great War, your pacing needs to be frantic and unpredictable, just as the War was.

Aside from that, excellent movie.
