FAQ:

Q: Will there be a sequel?
A: Yes! (eventually)

Q: Can I have the music?
A: http://voidskipper.bandca mp.com/album/a-warm-safe-
place
Pay what you want! ($0 is fine!!)

Q: I hate the music!
A: Mute it. You're welcome to play your own music in the background.

Q: Can I have a wider base?
A: Yes. Build outwards. Pylons connected to the foundations are 5 times stronger than other pylons, so you can safely build outwards from the base. I would suggest you build up in two triangles, then out.

Q: Why can I join further than I can build new pylons?
A: Because otherwise, you wouldn't be able to make a straight tower. The maximum length of the join must be at least the hypotenuse of the right triangle made by the distance between the foundation points and the maximum length of a new pylon.

Q: You ripped off World of Goo!
A: This was released before World of Goo. Long before.

Q: Isn't this like Bridge Builder?
A: Once again, I haven't played it, but I don't see any trains in this game.

Q: Pontifex?
A: Whut?

Even if there were no gameplay at all - it'll still be awesome because of the music.

VoidSkipper responds:

That means a lot to me, man.
I just uploaded the music on Bandcamp, you can get it for "pay what you want" (free is fine) here:

I messed around with making a DSlite version once, but it's hard to distribute free games on Nintendo products. They don't like homebrew :(

Absolutely love this game and always have

I've played this game for ever. I forgot the name, hunted it down and played it some more recently.

Is there anyway to get a hold of the music though? I absolutely love the music and desperately wanted the songs on my pod. Or at least the one song "Mor" that's my favorite.

I didn't know you were making Insurgo 2, but now I'm totally stoked for the sequel. I can't wait =D
Please hurry (but don't skimp out on the game)

VoidSkipper responds:

I'm glad to hear that.

If you didn't already, email me at voidskipper@gmail.com for a music download link.

To be honest, I'm not really sure about the sequel anymore. I built one for my senior year in 2008, but I couldn't capture the same feel of the game. I don't want to release something soulless.
