This movie will most likely NOT be continued. If you want to know the rest of the story just google "metroid manga".

I added voice actors to the co-authors list.

This flash is based on the storyline from the official Metroid e-manga. It's about Samus Aran at three years old, living peacefully on planet 'K2-L' before the invasion begins. In this Epic there are a lot of; sprites which I made from scratch, edits from the originals and various sprite rips from the Metroid games.

"Review of: Metroid: Invasion Part 1"

This was a really great movie. It's a shame it won't be continued. But it's nice to know I can always read the rest later on.

So, a backstory on Samus Aran huh? I didn't see that coming...NOT! I knew a backstory would be played on pretty much everybody eventually. The animation was great. And the fight scene between the aliens were pretty realistic. I also liked how you not only edited some original sprites, but created some of your own too. That's creative. Most people don't do that.

The voice acting wasn't TOO bad..but the mic screwed up because of the constant static when you used P in a sentence. So, points docked off for that. The story is very original. I like how it actually flowed with the game series, rather than just skipping on into something of it's own.

All in all, this was a great Flash animation and I'm hoping you'll reconsider your choice to not continue it.

a good flash overall, not perfect, but close to excellence. the voice acting was crisp as was the sprite work. good story work as well but some dialoug bits could be improved.
