Omelas is based off the classic short story "The Ones Who Walked Away From Omelas" A story about a utopian city with a dark secret. This is my take on the meaning behind the story.
I appologise for the lack of freehand animation. This movie was done in two weeks to meet a deadline while I was also working on other college finals.
Music is from "The Children of Dune" Soundtrack

"well done"
great animation as usual, but like someone else said you needed to match things up better with the background like the wall infront of the citty good work thanks xoxxo
"pretty cool man..."
i think your ideas are great, but the detail in the backgrounds dont match up with your animation. the people walking down that lane with the tree canopy thing, the lighting on the people didnt match up, i know its kinda impossible to match it perfectly, but i think you need to find a median between background and animated figures. i've noticed the same thing in other things of yours. also hold back on the amount of tweening you use, it can make something great turn into something "cheap".
5/5 keep it up man!

"Very Nicely Done!"
The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas is a great story (by Ursula K. Le Guin, for anyone who wants to Read it) and I think you did it justice in your animation. Good Job.
Woot, glad to know there are people who have read the book ^.^ Thanks
"A good piece"
I enjoyed watching it, has a good point to it...well at least what I took from it seemed like a good point. I guess its one of those that has a different meaning for some people, but it was good. Keep up the great work.
Thanks, I know it wasnt exactly the meaning the author intended but I tried to show what I felt from the story.
"It was good but..."
It was good but what was the point of it?
