The story is...
Pervert is the beaked guy, the kid is the little one. Beaked guy steals kid, and abuses him. Some random person does something about it, and he recovers. But sadly, because of the abuse, the kid turns into a petifile too. Look into phsycological cases for more info on it.

Mask?
the masked character seemed to me as a stereotyopical old pervert man that abuses children, due to the hump, hes short and sort of had sagging cheeks nut hey just an opinion

Probably not correct but
What I sorta got out of this is that if you help kids, you can save them from suicide? The long beaked person, wore a mask (or maybe it was its face) that is usually associated with death. It could mean death claimed it... Meh, anyways, great as always, you russians are creative as hell. o.o Cheers,
