I hope this thing lifts off as I see it doing very well if it does. The bio domes kinda remind me of big o. If you need help I can do 3d modeling and visual effects so let me know if there's anything I can do.

Pros:
Semi-interesting story, if a little trite.
Eye catching cinematic effects.
Good background art.

Cons:
Many of the voice actors ('cept Rina-chan, of course <3) just weren't up to par.
The script needs a bit of work. In the beginning the girl contradicts herself a little and breaks the cinematic feel.
The people were...odd looking to say the least. The robot looks like a badly photoshoped image that was squeezed and skewed to make it look like it was facing left. Not good.
There was barely any animation! 'Cmon, you need animation to make a good animation. All the characters just fade in or out and there's no speaking motion. This is really the biggest thing that ruined it for me.

This is crap. The dialogue is incoherent, does not make even the remotest amount of sense. The animation is deplorable, it is very very choppy and almost non-existent. The animation looks to be as though the animator thought they were using a 3D model even though it is a 2d image. The animator should work much more closely with the artists. The artwork, although done by several different people is very inconsistent, and fairly terrible. I my self cannot do flash. But perhaps you should go online and look at some basic hints and tips for doing animations in flash. I'm sorry if I am sounding like a total asshat. But compared to a lot of other submissions to this site, this unfortunately falls at the lowest end of sub-par. Perhaps if you took some screen play writing and some creative writing courses. You would be able to see some of your larger mistakes.
