You wake up in bed, as normal, but can't remember how you got there, you get up and check your journal, apparently you filled it in last night, but none of it feels familiar. Seemingly only one of few people not to have been taken by the mysterious happenings occuring all over your home town, you take it upon yourself to investigate and try to uncover what it is, that's manipulating the world as it is.

**Update** Cheers for the reviews so far people, very useful stuff, sorry to some but the get's a bit graphic heavy towards the end and may lag for some, to turn pages etc, you have to click on the object where it's placed again, I would of made it the page itself, or a button, but I suck at coding, any bugs listed will be looked into, cheers again :)

Its not a bad game it is very good except the flashlight I understand where you were going with this but dude I put the game down as soon as I learned that there were monsters I had to fight and the flashlight would have screwed me over in the second one i suggest that you make the battery longer or take the battery completely out of the equation
Some tips for part 2..
Not bad, but a lot of things to improve. For one, the flashlight is annoying, as said in other reviews. Especially when shooting those monsters, you can't shoot them if your flashlight is charging. At that moment I died, and I didn't feel like playing again.
Also, it would be a lot more exciting when you know what your puspose is. A short intro/story makes the start of the game more interesting. The same is for everything else, you're supposed to go to different places and check out every room, but there isn't much to do (/to see) in most rooms. I'd suggest that you put a few more items here and there and give some clues or hints. For example, a sentence on the wall where you have to decrypt the meaning of. Like a puzzle.
Third, shooting and interact should be done by two separate buttons. Going through a door by shooting at it is not really realistic and a bit unclear in the beginning.
I liked the idea and graphics, keep this up. A real good try for your first game.
I hope my tips can help you out a little bit, and I'm looking forward to part 2.

The game is ok
Everyone is right when they say that this game has a way of puting horror in your mind, but it has a lot of suspence too. I think that the idea of letting your battry charge is an ok idea, but it takes to long. I cant say this game is bad, because I never got far. It only needs some improvement.

Effective in a scary sense but.. the whole battery thing got dumb quick I'm sorry. It was just really annoying. Not in a scary way either. This is going in the right direction anyway just the battery thing kinda made me think "Ok screw this" when I had the gun and the monsters came... oh well.. I liked it besides that.
