right now then... here we go...
THE GOOD
funny areas (the peanut butter jelly time banana made me smile)
didn't only use sprites
good use of sound effects
THE BAD
for me the action was a little slow... well i say a little slow it was VERY slow, the fights were so so, and the effects that were drawn (kamecs lightning) were canny bad :(
also stick to only one or two games to take sprites from, correct me if I'm wrong but you have Mario from super Mario world, peach + toad from super Mario 2 and Bowser from the DS game (cannot remember the name) it would be a LOT better if the characters looked similar
unoriginal plot
IMPROVE BY
sticking to one type of sprite usage make them all from the game on the DS + paper Mario (for kamec)
use filters on movie clips and more frame by frame (the tweened fighting is just too slow, frame by frame the fights)
Overall - 4/10
i can see that your quite new to flash or quite young, either way you've got a lot of room for improvement but i reckon it wont take you long untill your great at flash ^^
