It's kind of in poor taste. Sure, Osama bin Laden and his woman-hating ilk deserve to be vaporized to oblivion, but advocating nukes on mostly civilian cities is essentially advocating terrorism. If it was the news for Osama's hideout, wherever the Hell that is, it would have been a lot funnier.
