Ok. I agree, there are too many movies being submitted that arent even 1 KB big.
for anyone who doesnt know what blam points are let me give you this....blam means if you dont like a flash film and you report it you help it get blamed and when you blam it you get the blam points that is simple as 1...2...its blamed!

You can get Blam/Protect points by going to the flash portal and voting on submissions that are "under judgement".

I don't see why people submit entries and then in the author comments, they write stuff like:
"I'm sure this'll get blammed".
Or, stuff like:
"This is a shitty movie".
If you're sure it'll get blammed and think it's shitty, why submit it in the first place?

though you are right about the same bull crap flash submission enterys I did however get a Little sick and tired of someone Spamming up the NG Submission portal with realy Crappy Flash at times it Just makes me wanna throw my Computer out the window LOL.

that is actually a very good idea, concidering one of my things has been flagged. It will stop the flooding of entries into the portal so that better flashes will be able to get through, instead of being blammed by NG users.
finally somthing is going to be done about this. The "Free Blam" movies have been common, but now that user that submit them will be banned the problem is going away. Not that it will ever go away forever because some people think it is fun to wach movies get blammed and read crappy revews.
I know some users are resubmitting shitty entries that they already submitted. They seem to be braking newgrounds policy about resubmitting shitty entries. This is not allowed. Why can't stop resubmitting shitty entries. They can get banned from submitting shit on this website. I guess they never listen!
