at long last!!!i was getting pretty pissed off by a guy cant remember his user...he sent a crappy "Toast!"flash and i kinda blammed it for 3 times!i e mailed the user and he said its none of ya buisness haha its teh end of this now im happy!
Say, wasn't it like a billion years ago (okay, maybe not that long) that during the time when Newgrounds first implimented the "Blamming" system or something that somebody complained that it would encourage users to submit crappy entries for the sake of earning blamming points.
I think Wade responded to that as saying there's nothing wrong because it's just basically nothing more than feeding sharks free food or something like that.
Now it seems the situation is different, so basically to the sharks he's telling them "No soup for you!". Not that I am complaining or appreciate this new policy, I just brought this up as an observation.

I think free blam points exist whenever a picture is shown instead of film.
Just showing the letter "B" in a picture might qualify as spam flash.
Anyway, don't worry about getting less blam points. There are still tons of bad movies (mostly stick movies) submitted each day. They are usually people less experienced in Flash than others.
I believe in the ultimate triumph of evil over good in this world.
It doesn't help that we keep funding our enemies.
although i like getting blam points like that, i really wish people would quit making crap like that and also re-submitting it after its been blammed before. i wish people would get more good flashes out there. this message doesnt apply to people who actually try and end up not making a good flash, there are many who try and need help, but they will improve

Personally i think this should have been taken care of a long time ago and i dont think a user should get 2 chances either, they're using this site for free and ruining it by disregarding the rules that they originally agreed to follow.Thats my opinion, but i think its great what your doin tryin to stop that bull sh*t.Keep up the good work.

well maybe ppl shud get 2 chances if they just suck with flash. then again, i know nothing obout flash seeing as how ive never attempted to createt somthing with it but i am a newgrounds veteran and i have seen sum pretty bad shit out there and these ppl wud have been in deep shit if we go with no 2nd chance
