All you need to find is something slippery to place on the inside of the handcuffs where your wrist is and then you can slide your hand out. Is there anything slippery around you good sir?

Just apply some lotion around your wrist inside the handcuff and your hand should slide out. It may take an attempt or two, but you will get your hand out.
