Yes, I just recently got a tablet and I've been using a mouse for a very very long time. You can do really impressive things with it, but requires a lot of more patience.

As for me,i just use the square brush tool,ussally the biggest one for the outlines.it helps make my pics look cartoony.
He doesn't use the line on every one of them. The Hanzo one, for example, is a simples pencil tool and lines on the shade cloth
