Yes, I just recently got a tablet and I've been using a mouse for a very very long time. You can do really impressive things with it, but requires a lot of more patience.
But even being the mouse so great, his works are too freaking good to be mouse-drawn. My jaw is still on the ground after that Akuma

Well,the majority of the MS Paint pics i've posted in The Never Ending Journey were done with a track pad,and turned out pretty good,not to mention a few pics i posted here done with a track pad too. ;)

As for me,i just use the square brush tool,ussally the biggest one for the outlines.it helps make my pics look cartoony.
