Okay, I figured, us guitarists don't get much respect around this FL Studio infested wasteland of a portal. So I thought, "Hey, let's make a call to all of those who wreak havoc upon the portal with their six stringed beasts!"

Basic Idea!
'cause I'm lazy and don't feel like thinkin'
What I want to do, is I guess make a little hangout for all those starters, or pros to just chill out. Share some cool tips, talk about your setups, advertise some cool sites, etc.

Personally I would love to see this become a big topic.There ain't many guitarists, sure, but at least now they'll know where to go for some good advice.

Anyway, I play guitar a bit.
People seem to think I'm some sort of guitar god, or something (mostly because my town has about 3 good guitarists, and we're all in a band together), but I still have a long way to go.
I'm at about 1/2 the talent of MJ, at the moment.
I also look up to the great guitarists of NG. You guys kick total ass.

I guess I'll go ahead an do a little bio on myself. :]

I play an Epiphone Les Paul Standard and a no-name Stratacaster, I love fat necks, what can I say. I'm not in a band at the moment, but I'm always looking. It's hard when most of the people in school play guitar... In comparison to NG guitarists, I'd say I'm right up there with all of 'em. Except MJ, he's a beast!!!
Uhh, my favorite tuning is standard. I love to crank the reverb up, throw on the heavy distortion and just go nuts.
My first influence was my dad 'cause he had this awesome (at the time) Ibanez acoustic (see what I mean by "at the time."?) and I played that every time I went to visit him. After about a year of that I got my no-name Strat and started playing every day as much as possible. I never did learn any songs, and I still don't know any. So far I've been playing for somethin' like 9-10 years, I was almost 6 when he got me the guitar.
