A quick update on this. There will be 10 Queen songs, Under Pressure and nine others will be Rock Band DLC. We Will Rock You and We Are The Champions are exportable from Lego Rock Band, for a total of 12 Queen songs and are slated for an October release.

The White Stripes will be Icky Thump, unsure about total amount of songs though, it could very well just be the one, but expect a pack. Elton John's Crocodile Rock is exportable from Lego Rock Band as well as Iggy Pop's The Passenger. The rest of the artists haven't had much else announced as of yet.

In addition to this, Jonathan Coulton has announced that he will be releasing more songs via Rock Band network upon it's release.
