Eh, I can play tennis miminal-style OR like real tennis, either way doesn't cause me pains. One just burns more calories.

Each time tennis comes up in my daily fitness test, I am so happy. I can do the 50 returns with 1 or 2 misses at most without fail, sometimes perfect. I can do the 40 or so shots into the red target zone with 1 miss at most, sometimes perfect. And I do the round target practice with 10 shots perfect 99% of the time.

Eh. GTA: Vice City and GTA: Vice City Stories are two of the main games I still play on the PS2 from time to time. Along with such late greats in the system's life as Okami, Bully, Final Fantasy XII, both Katamari games for it, all three GHs I have for it, and.... yep, that's about it. Well, and GTA: SA, of course.

Oh well. No need to worry about the horror of trying to get a console. Now I need to worry about the horror of getting 4 Wii remotes and nunchucks (so far, I have 2 wii remotes and 1 nunchuck). These 4 controllers will be handy when I have friends around.

My gf, myself, my mom, and my dad all have 1 remote and 1 nunchaku each. 2 of each are here with me and my gf, 2 are with my parents at their place. So if the families are getting together, we go with all 4, but usually it's just 2.

The only way I'll personally get 4 motes is if: A) motes start malfunctioning and backups are needed... or B) a game such as Wii Music (where you can drum with two motes at a time) is 2P and thus you need 4 to have full funs.

You Americans are so lucky to get that game months before us Europeans get it.

We still have to wait longer than the Japanese, so relax. Hell, they've already had WiiFit for a month.

I actually tend to end mine with my Wii Sports fitness test o' the day. But yep... I've already played my Wii more hours in just 4.5 months of ownership than any console I've ever had since the SNES and NES, probably. i.e. more than the Dreamcast, PSX, PS2, and Gamecube.

Note: probably.... maybe not more than the original Playstation yet, come to think of it. But probably more than all the others, except for the 320 hours of FFXII on PS2, come to think of it... ARGH. #;-}>

I've said quite clearly in this topic I've only ever played like 2 hours of 3. I just tried it out, basically, after buying it. I haven't had time, nor the inclination, to get deep into it. But partly that's because I'm still undecided on what to do about the whole "should I get 2 first or not" question. If I decided against that and just started playing 3 again, sure I could spare some time for 3.

I meant I couldn't witness the day NG turned 10, which was on 7th July 2005. At that time, I was on holiday in Turkey. I would have went on the Internet cafe at that time, but sadly, the hotel lost their Internet for a week while I was there. :(

I went to Portugal and the first day we were there, the World Cup football match with England vs Portugal was on. After the match, it was chaos. The vehicles there were beeping their horns for hours! Now Portugal had reasonable weather. It was quite hot, but not too hot where I wanted to avoid the heat as much as I can.

I'm now at 3645 groupies on guitarhero.com, I'm ranked in the top 800 on the Wii, and... well, I've finally encountered my first "can't get past songs without failing them the first few attempts" roadblock: Tier 7 on expert.

I have no hope of ever being able to pass Raining Blood and One on Tier 8, but I was hoping to at least get through Tier 7.... that is now looking quite difficult, when I can only make it 60% through Before I Forget. Oh wells. :::playing lots of bonus songs on Hard and Expert... getting super-high scores on TTFAF on Medium and starting to get better at it on Hard... and improving my scores on my fave songs in Expert (When You Were Young, Paranoid, Barracuda, Cherub Rock, Bulls on Parade, Sabotage, Even Flow, et al)...

Skiing FTW! Speaking of holidays, my mum has thought about her, me and my dad to go to Cyprus this year for a week. She has thought about going there in June. However, I'm unsure about this for 2 reasons:

1. Around when mum plans to go, my sister will be going to Burma for a week with her boyfriend, so she won't be with us. I know things could be like this for other holidays, but I really wish she could be with us this time.
2. TEMPERATURE! If it's as hot as Cuba, then forget it.

However, from what I've heard from my mum, Cyprus has lots of water parks which make the ones in Walt Disney World Florida crap. That's given me interest and it's only a week, which is a more reasonable amount of time than the fortnight at Cuba.

All from doing bonus songs on medium, hard, and some on expert.

By the time I've finished all the bonus songs (Except TTFAF on hard/expert and maybe FCPREMIX on expert, as I can only manage 3 stars on hard, and that's not a good indicator for my success on expert), I'll have broken well past 5000 groupies, and probably into the top 200.

Oh, and I've added a second expert FC to my list after When You Were Young (which the playing of in GH3 turned me into a Killers fan who now owns all three of their albums, BTW).... Closer by Lacuna Coil. FCed both songs on all four difficulties, in fact.

I am like 1 or 2 notes (always different ones) away from FC'ing Generation Rock by Revolverheld as well, on expert. Got it on hard with no problem.

The Internet connection upstairs had problems the other night, so I just went back downstairs to use the computer down here, which is faster and better than the piece of shit upstairs. Seriously, the computer upstairs is so bad, it crashed when I tried to run the original Rollercoaster Tycoon game. The Windows 98 computer I had ran the program a lot better than that. And I'm pretty stubborn regarding Zidane N' Zidane 02. I will not make it until something else happens to Zinedine Zidane and/or there's a remake or a sequel to FFIX. I'd say a remake is the likeliest thing to happen since Square finished remaking FFIV a while ago and I expect them to start working on a FFV remake soon. After that, it'll be a FFVI remake which I'd love to see. And then a remake of FFVII, VIII and then IX if they plan to go that far.

The Internet connection upstairs had problems the other night, so I just went back downstairs to use the computer down here, which is faster and better than the piece of shit upstairs. Seriously, the computer upstairs is so bad, it crashed when I tried to run the original Rollercoaster Tycoon game. The Windows 98 computer I had ran the program a lot better than that. At least the computer is good enough to run Newgrounds.

The Wii can connect to wireless fine, it's just the Internet connection of the wireless was having problems the other night. It's fine now, however.

Oh, I know you meant it was the wireless itself, not the Wii. I haven't heard about any Wii wireless issues due to the Wii itself at all, so I would have been surprised if the Wii had probs.

Also, why do you need the internet to play the Wii? Most of the stuff I do on the Wii is non-internet, aside from GH3 rankings uploading to GH.com automatically, which I do enjoy.

I like to play on the Wii AND be able to go on the Internet at the same time. So if someone is talking to me on MSN, I'll be there to talk to them. Also, I'd be checking the BBS to see if anyone has made any new posts in the Wi/Ht? forum.

I dunno. But I do know I'm up to 4200+ groupies, I'm ranked #490 or so, broke into the top 500 on the Wii... and I'm ranked #18 in my tourgroup, Legends of Wii.

Tourgroup, eh? I'm a bit unfamiliar with this stuff. I really need to get Guitar Hero III, but I wish the other games were available for the Wii too.

Kinda like a group you join based on console, where you live, or whatever else you want to join for.... and all the groupies you earn are added together to form one GIANT score for your tourgroup. Plus, you can compete in terms of how good a score you have on any one song or overall on each difficulty with the rest of your group, and there's a message board, if you wanna talk in a smaller group than the main GH.com forums.

GH.com's a really awesome site for GH3 players.

ScoreHero.com's a pretty good site for GH in general, it's unofficial and has tons of shite, but they want you to pay for an account to do some of the cooler stuff there, like get a sig with all your stats from every single GH game. ;_;

All from doing bonus songs on medium, hard, and some on expert.

I got stuck when I started tier 7, so I've only been improving my scores on 1-6 tier songs and playing my fave bonus songs on expert, which is about 8 of the bonus songs.

I'm still not done playing all the bonus songs on medium yet, but I've only got like 8 left total. I'm going to FC all of them, and then 5-star them all on Hard, and then just pass them all (if possible) on Expert.

That's what I've done with 90% of the songs on each difficulty. 100% on easy.

FCed 100% of easy. FCed 95% of medium, 5-starred the remaining 5%.

5-starred 90% of Hard, 4-starred the remaining 10%. 5-starred 80% of the songs I'd done on expert, 4-starred all the rest. No 3-stars on any songs..... anywhere... EXCEPT... FCPREMIX on Hard is still ranked a 3-star. I'll get that to 4-star when I feel like it, but man is it a bitch on anything above medium (which was a bitch to FC, but I finally did FC it).

FCing Closer on Expert was so fucking easy, FCing Generation Rock was a bitch but I finally did it yesterday. Oh, and I 100%ed Radio Song on Expert, but I flubbed two phantom notes or X-notes as they call them on ScoreHero, meaning it wasn't a FC despite the 100%. Tried another 5 times, but couldn't FC. I'll get it sooner or later. Mostly the end bit messes me up. Double-hit followed by a lot of strumming with a little HOPO in the middle of the green strums... such a bitch!

Oh, and I've added a second expert FC to my list after When You Were Young (which the playing of in GH3 turned me into a Killers fan who now owns all three of their albums, BTW).... Closer by Lacuna Coil. FCed both songs on all four difficulties, in fact.

I've listened to some songs by The Killers and I'm not too keen on them. I don't hate them or anything, their music just ain't my forté.

I recommend When You Were Young, Bling (Confessions of a King), and Sweet Talk as my fave three, but I have about 10 more I could rattle off if I knew which you didn't like.

And I'm pretty stubborn regarding Zidane N' Zidane 02. I will not make it until something else happens to Zinedine Zidane and/or there's a remake or a sequel to FFIX. I'd say a remake is the likeliest thing to happen since Square finished remaking FFIV a while ago and I expect them to start working on a FFV remake soon. After that, it'll be a FFVI remake which I'd love to see. And then a remake of FFVII, VIII and then IX if they plan to go that far.

Argh, that was a frickin' accidental lie. I forgot I have 3-stars on Raining Blood and One on Hard (which means I'm doubtful about my ability to pass them on Expert, too, just like with FCPREMIX). But I only played them once or twice, so it's possible I could get 'em to 4-stars, like my ratings on Knights of Cydonia, say... I actually 5-starred Number of the Beast on Hard, which I'm quite proud of.

The main plot of a Family Guy ep never matters that much, it's mostly the little constant random jokes and bits and asides... but that said, I find that some of the plots are just kinda lame, and some of the side characters really get old to me really fast.
