why is he wearing make-up? The lines around the eyes are black and the rest of the lines are kind of light-ish. Also, noses from the front doesnt look like that, if you're gonna have minimum shading (i suppose, since there's no shading at all in your pic) try to keep the shading under the nose, not by the side of it.
Just a few pointers, you are far from getting advice in shading, lightning, coloring, anatomy and so on. Keep practising.
