He didn't draw them, either that or he likes his sigs with unnaturally horrible quality.
Alright, first of all, all you did was take a picture of some Anime girl, put her mouth and some pink background on, and give it some text, must've taken you ages. Next, what's up with this new, "I'm going to have cut-out parts of fake anime girls' bodies on my sig to show and ensure that I r 1337" fad?! Seriously, you think some guy is gonna sit there and say, "Dang, since this guy has a sig like this which I've seen from 10% of all other users and took no effort at all, this guy must be freaking awesome."
