all the good star day entries are getting so severely underrated that they appear to be run of the mill entries when in reality they are high quality. but those are impossible to find for the average viewer, so what the fuck.

I wouldn't put it past a vast majority of them to be honest. Most of the submissions I saw where pritty cool, some a lot better than others, "The Death of Tom A. Green" was great :)
I haven't gotten round to watching all the Star Day flash, but I will sometime, there are quite a few to see. Still, some pritty good work has gone into some I have seen.

I guess people didn't detect my sarcasm. How was I supporting Star Day? I was simply telling people it was star day and the portal was being flooded with entries. Basically I was calling on or users to help vote on them to either blam them or protect them to help keep the 50 Most Recent list under control.

Umm, we've had Star Day before along with other days that mark groups or events that are significant to Newgrounds because they are NG related. It doesn't mean that there will be a special day everyday, because somthing significant didn't happen everyday.
