Hurray, Trend Chipawayvirus :o

Ok, so I started my computer today as usuall.
But then, suddenly my computer goes like, with a low-quality female voice (yes, my computer is a woman), saying something, and (not S.M.A.R.T.) the computer says that there has been found a problem on a harddisk!!11!!11111!
But i could start the computer without a problem, by pressing F1, and that voice goes: "Computer booting from *something* system"

SO, my question:
WTF is going on with my computer?
I have never had that voice, I have an Asus motherboard (not sure what type, program for checking anyone?) for some time now, but I never heard this before.
Help please!

well, currently my computer is scanning, so far, only ad-aware found something.
I'm gonna use antivir lateron, but it sucks because it is so slow.
