Maybe we might have to start a new thread with the rules, I mean, that would be a shame but no one is going to read the pages in the middle of the thread. It would just be to help organize this great thread. Hopefully StealThisAlias sees this post and responds.

I've been using Paint.NET the whole time.
I use smileys when im clinically depressed =3
Updated Rules!
1. No paintbrush or pencil tool, as it ruins the picture, unless you have to and/or it actually looks good/makes the picture look better.
2. No skipping pics unless it violates rule number 1, 3, 4.
3. No MSPAINT, No Shitty Photoshop. If you don't have a good Image editor, I suggest getting gimp (it's free).
4. No use of filters/effects unless it is time for a new pic, or if it is not very overpowering, or if it does not ruin the picture, or is applied to only a very small portion.
5. No cropping or resizing the image, as it destroys lots of parts of the pic. Just set the quality to high instead of medium. Nobody likes a small pictures.
6. No pictures under 400 x 300 in size, at it gets a bit small there.
(rules to consider when starting a new pic)
7. When a new pic is started, don't bring back the old one, unless you want to combine it with the new one.
8. No pics of software such as flash because it just isn't as fun.
9. No photos of people, try to get a building, monument, lots of people (such as a class photo), people running from a volcano, that scene with luke and darth vader, etc.
-----
More don't s.
No subtle, unnoticeable changes unless you explain what you did.
-----
Tips and stuff.
It is okay to use fireworks, GIMP, or photoshop, as long as it is a vector/raster image manipulator that is not flash or MSPAINT, artpad, or CanvasPaint.
Try not to always bring people in your photoshops, create an even balance of people and objects! Just people kinda is a bit soggy.
Try not to overuse the liquify tool in photoshop, unless there is a good reason to (poisonous gas is in the room!)
-----
About posting your pics
1. If someone posts a pic that violates any of these rules, skip it and go back to the last one, and say about that in your post. We don't want multiple edits of a pic going on at once! In other words, its much harder to play tennis with more than one ball.
-----
Final rules!
Have fun!
(I might turn this into some kind of collab, I would make the images the balls and have them being hit back and forth, this is my idea, its okay if you do this, credit me though.)

Stop using fireworks.
Use gimp:
it is just as good as photoshop!

Next time, save it as JPEG. Screw GIF.
So, which should I build off of?
The last one, eh?
Or one of the ones before the one that was saved as a GIF?
