You get a slightly empty tube of toothpaste. Since you can't squirt out the icky white paste when it is nearly empty, you are going to have to place your hand at the bottom since you used up all the top, then move up the shaft of the tube. You may need to do this a few times just to get all of it. Then the paste comes out gently.
