Both the Nun-chuck and the Wii-mote are very sensitive but fairly easy to handle. I'll send in a video of me playing later but it's incredible, oh and if you tilt the controller, your cursor tilts too. It does make your arm agitated after long periods of game-play.

Is the "motion sensor" thing hard to use and is the numchuck hard to hold/use? Also, is the remote easy to use?

God no! The Motion sensing is very easy and is aut configured with the sensor bar. The nun-chuck fits perfect on anyones hand - I've tryed it for a few people and the remote is easier than it looks to use!
