It could just be missing stats, too. I think that the NG-side stuff is still a little glitchy - you'll know when you get your cheque.
It does depend on the sites you're on, some sites have traffic that's more inclined to click, some games attract people that are more inclined to click, and there are a ton of other factors influencing whether people click. I don't have ads disabled on any sites though, so I don't think that's the problem, nor do I really think the bugs in the API stats are that prevalent anymore (especially when reporting earnings). I don't know how many views your game has, but I suspect that once you get up in the millions you'd see a drop-off in eCPM.
