well sure why not? I mean whats the #'s have in common? just a number right? No FF has a thing to do with the others. So technically you may say if not for the name Final Fantasy there would be no series at all. I mean a series should have connections to the stories, but really none of them do. So I would consider them all part of the series yes :)

Well, that would have been good but to condense the movie to 2and half hours using another FF story would not be possible, most likely.

I still rather enjoyed the film.

I'm not gonna get 10-2, its got a job class on something similar to the sphere grid so you can change jobs during battle, its non-linear missions instead of one big storyline, and that new girl is actually based on a real J-pop star

Cool, i only got three, stayed up for about half an hour then got another three, so im still a bit tired although im goin to see T3 today, so that makes up for it
