No, the EGB is for reporting rule breaking submissions. We take care of all of the bad stuff that gets submitted here. Submissions that are stolen, malicious, shovelware, etc. get reported here and a mod takes care of it.

It's not an animation that he made, either. It's an auto-created animation, similar to a visualizer you'd see in the Audio Portal or Windows Media Player or whatever. So yeah, fair game for removal. Someone else got to it while I was looking into it, and it's now gone. :3

Well it might not be the proper forum section to ask this but I've always wondered whether you still get a blam point if you voted 0/1 and the submission gets deleted due to a, say, spam flag?

Sorry if this comes off as a bit pedantic, but spam is allowed. There's an entire day dedicated to it on NG, and when you upload a submission you can choose the genre to be spam.
Either way, that's spam and stolen, so I removed it.

Do these really class as stop motion? They seem to mainly be photos with a voice over as apposed to a series of images played quickly to give the illusion of movement.
