Now is music noted stolen if you use the original beats and playlist? because i used the instruments but not the original beats or playlist on a song i made, and this guy is telling me i stole the song.
My friend said it is ok to use the instruments from already made projects and make your own beats, but i wanna here some more experienced people tell me so i know, and possibly wont do again, unless its okay.
you could remix a song but it has to be different...
mine was, the only thing that sounded close was the echoe lead thing, the other things sound more original.

where are you getting these songs from?
if your using fruityloops and your getting it from the cool stuff or something like that.

well like i said, or like my frend said, itwas ok to use other music as long as you create ur own beats.
