1) Make your dude.
2) Press the 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard. (it's to the right of backspace)
3) Open a photo editing program and edit>paste
4) Cut aroung your pic, save, and post the pic on NG.

Sweet Thanks i used Imaging ( i cant belive it was use Full) now all i need to do is learn how to Convert a Bitmap Image to i JPEG or GIF file on Windows 98, but thanks for you're help.

You can save files as JPEGs in MS Paint, but they won't be of the best quality. However, they will be good enough to show your creation on NG.
