Kicking off my new series of posts on my review site with a rant on Guns N' Roses being inducted to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
I still think that Guns 'n' Roses deserve a place there - Rush and Maiden's time will come.

Well, you could delay it and save it for the 2012 holiday season.

At least you'll finally watch them. Beware of the holiday special, though. That one is by far the worst Futurama episode.I'll bear it in mind.
Nah, once I get it, I'll spend a good few days watching and memorising those episodes :P
I'm guessing you haven't watched any of these episodes before.
That's what happened? Fuck that!
At least things are happening to your life outside Newgrounds.Yeah, getting shitfaced and then consoling a friend because my ex has offended her. Great stuff.
Well, it was my friend's birthday - did I mention that she's my ex-girlfriend's best friend? We rallied around to make the day special and took her to see Goon, then on to Pizza the Hutt and then the Red Man.
At the newly renovated Red Man, Bex complains that it doesn't feel like the old place. I was glad it's been tidied up. I can still have a drink with friends and enjoy it, though convincing Bex of that can take some doing. Words were exchanged and by the end of the night, we were all in a bit worse a mood than we should have been.
I would be #101 in that case but then there's that user you were planning to pass so it would work for me. :P
Because Haggard may jump above me as well?Exactly. You'd feel the hurt, because you'd be one step further from the top 100. I'd have to get back in the top 100, because Voidist cunningly used the double deposit technique to effectively pull away from me. He's just one deposit ahead, but it's still ever so slightly annoying.
He's not making it easy. I'll get there at some stage...

Oh well, that happened to more artists. Many never managed to make it across the pond from our side either.

I only recently really discovered E.L.O. actually when I bought Out of the Blue from the pawn shop. Pretty good album allround in my opinion and I do like Mr Blue Sky.The strange thing is that ELO made more of an impact in the States than the UK - they were never massive here, but they have almost cult status overseas.
Hasn't Robbie Williams been trying for 20 years now?
Let him, it keeps him off my radar :P
Depends on the band I guess. Some bands aren't very good live, or their music just doesn't really work in large arenas.
I got three versions actually. The third, and my favourite one, is the one from Live in Pompeii.Ah, live versions can be better, though some can be worse as well :P
Pink Floyd sounds very good live though and from what I've heard from my parents their shows were amazing.
I'll bet - live shows by people influenced by mind altering substances had to be "out there", with psychedelic light shows and all sorts of strange paraphernalia
Well I tend to have a hard time with picking favourite songs by my favourite bands as well, but I just decided to pick 2 songs max per band and didn't put them in a certain order or anything.
And yeah, SOYCD is one of my favourite songs of all time. It's one of the songs I voted on in our annual top 2000 best songs of all time list. I liked to see it ending up at #16.I'd have a tough time trying to pick some of my favourite songs of all time. I'm too eclectic.
One thread asked for my favourite Maiden track. I think I managed to get it down to a top 20...
That'd be fun to see. I used to like him in American Pie, but turned out this guy can really only play one kind of role.
The joy of watching Seann William Scott getting punched in the face might be how I get my best friend to finally watch one of his films, for a change.
Haven't heard of it and from the looks of it there's not even a release date set for the Netherlands yet. It does seem to get good reviews though, so I might check it out as well if it's ever released here.

This time, he's not a ladies' man - the character is too thick for that, which I like. Plus seeing him take punches to the face helps.
