I don't agree with that, myself. "500 posts", for example, is still noteworthy to me; "1500 posts" isn't, but when you're just getting started, 100 or 500 is still an accomplishment, especially for people who do not make 20+ posts per day. As they say on Wikipedia: don't bite the newcomers. :)

Spam pie
Serves 4-8 people

You will need
8-16 cans of spam
Salt & pepper
Baking tray (greased)
Milk (or egg white) as glaze
Oven

Chop one tin of spam into thin slices and use to line the greased tray. Mince all but one of the remaining tins of spam and use as the filling, adding salt and pepper to taste. Slice the one remaining tin of spam and place over the top of the filling. Glaze the topping with the milk (or egg white), prick the top with a knife and place in an oven at 200F / 140C / Gas mark 6 for 30 minutes. Bake until the topping goes crisp and serve.

Serving suggestions are welcome though.

Well, I did it with pastry and then decided there was a much better alternative to pastry - more spam.
