Photoshop, havent really learnt painter yet.

Gunther, you did a very cel-shaded type, and AGH did a more realistic. (Even with the stylized features.)

no thats not expresso, an expresso is served in a very small cup and is supposed to be quite creamy (depends on the person making it, how much coffee he uses and how much he compresses it)
