Usopp doesn't have a bounty on his head. The only Strawhat crew members that have bounties are Luffy, Zoro, and Robin. Luffy's is 100,000,000, Zoro's is 60,000,000 and Robin's is 79,000,000. The villans also have bounties. Arlong has 20,000,000, Crocodile's was 81,000,000 before he became a shichibukai. Shanks is unknown but is said to be very high.

The two episdoes are the beginning of the Kuro arc. Usopp starts coming into the story but you WILL hate his voice. The episode on 4KidsTV I missed but saw the Japanese version a while ago. From what I heard on the arlongpark.com forums it was a bad episode. I also posted what they edited eariler today in the topic.

Actually, it's the same exact version. Only 4Kids owns the rights to One Piece and only they have the rights to dub it. It's not like two different companies own the show and dub for dumb 3 year olds for one network and dub it for smart tweens on another.

Besides, the theme song is the same if that wasen't a dead give away.
