Assuming sexual desire has nothing to do with your decision, I'd get a cow, although if you're on a budget, just get the damn pig.

A cow is a lot bigger so they'll give most food. Why don't you get a chicken? I love chicken meat.
You do realize it will cost you money to buy the animal and have it slautered properly to get the meat for food?
