1. a) How many procents of a movie do you watch before you vote?
The whole thing, as much as I can stand, or until I know it's not going to make the cut. There are plenty of blammed movies out there that you only need to watch 5 seconds to make a sound judgment. And there are some movies that don't even last 5 seconds.

b) Do you try to finish a game before you vote?
Usually I review it after I lose the game. Or beat it, whichever comes first.

No. If anything I find that can be useful to add to the review, I usually figure that part out too late.

b) Is this for getting a better perspective so you could leave a fair review?
If I do that, it's reviewers block.

Because I like it or because I want to save it to my hard drive

Not uncommon to find new things or something you could have put in the review after watching it 2 or more times.

Plenty

There's really no point anyway. The movies are either blammed or their score/number of vote ratio is so high that your vote individually does nothing regardless.

I really don't reflect on it. If I vote low on a movie that gets protected, or vote high on a movie that gets blammed, I usually just forget about it

I'm more considerate to Video Game Parodies than anything else. But that doesn't mean I haven't found those I wouldn't blam. Just because you can put an improperly traced sprite in the movie on a white background with crappy text and frame rate doesn't mean I'll give you anything higher than a 0 for it. I won't even review those. Those will just be another Blam point for me.

Under Judgment movies have a far shorter shelf life today than they used to. Old movies could linger for months before they got BLAMmed

Just let a new scoring take place. And hope that author doesn't make a habit of doing so with *every* movie/game he makes. The last thing we need is a million duplicates of what could be consolidated into one Flash

Because most of the reviews that aren't responded to are from movies that have been out a while, and not those that are under judgment, or just came out of judgment. If you review only under judgment movies, your total/responded to average will be a lot higher.

No need to.

About a hundred or better. No more now that most abusive reviews are already flagged to the threshold where you cannot view them anymore

I don't know. Find some really old movies and skim their reviews. That's a great place to start cleaning up

"How Tupac Got Murdered" got plenty of reviews from those who either loved rap music and dissed the author for mocking Tupac, those who hated rap music and gave him kudos simply because of it. And plenty of gangstas that basically told the author to die/etc. A prime example would be anti-Slipknot reviews to just about any Slipknot-themed movie out there.

Nearly 4 months now, no where near mastering it.

The only unfair blams on the portal are my n00bish flash animations which i thought were pretty good.

This is the one thing that pisses me off when it comes to voting and reviews. I get a lot of 'you so gay! this is the gayest thing i have ever seen!' From some n00bie that has only been signed up for a day. I think the reviews should be sorted into an experienced point of view and an inexperienced point of view so we don't have to read reviews from these stupid n00bs saying shit about our flash animations that we worked hard on. I dont think people have to try flash out before they can vote, i think they have to have a certain level before they can start voting, lets say level 5. This will get people to deposit experience more and hopefully improve their opinions about flash work and write helpful positive reviews instead of short shitty reviews *couch* KWAS71KCK *couch*.

I don't care really, i enjoy movies because i get to sit back and relax oh, and also eat. I like games because they are fun and enjoyable! So really, it is pretty hard to chose, if a movie had a good story line and a game had a good story line, i would chose movie, if a game had lots of violets and a movie had lots of violence i would chose the game! Graphics are also important, i cant stand games and movies with just a bunch of pictures in them.

Yes, i try to leave one every movie i view, but if the movie is short i dont bother because i cant go into much detail about it.

220 reviews at the moment. I haven't been reviewing movies these past few days because i just started posting on bbs forums.

Yes i have but it's not as well set out as the flash portal becuase there is no button on your profile to view your audio responses.
