How to make video game movies

Does anyone know how to create a flash movie using roms. I know how to cut the frame and paste it but I dont know how to animate it.

I know how...but is just fuckin hell long and boring...

1) Copy
2) Paste in first frame
3) F6
4) Cancel
5) Copy
7) Paste in next frame

Etc etc etc...is damn long and hard...

Make yourself a macro so it'll be easy and the only thing you'll need it's to wait that it make itself and get outside smoking a little! ^_^
