Been having issues with images uploaded in the text editor, hoping it will be solved in the next week if all goes well.

I can't watch any videos / movies, they just don't work. I'm using a windows PC. I have tried reloading and going through settings and nothing seems to work.

So I've come across a slight issue, there's this black bar that covers up some info on the far right side of the screen, best shown by a screenshot of this page actually

As you can see my profile picture is perfectly visible however some words are cut off by the bar

I am on android, on an lg stylo 6 to be specific, using google chrome, and i only have this issue on this device

I dont remember when this appeared but I do remember that the first time it happened the phone zoomed in by itself and this has been an issue since. If its any help the screen does just to zoom in sometimes on its own when i reload or switch pages to keep the black bar out of view

I cannot see any info that is hidden under the black bar

Newgrounds is the only site i have this issue on and i have tried closing every single newgrounds tab and reloading but the issue persists

This is an ongoing Android issue that hasn't been resolved yet, will revisit whether we can recreate it on Android.

Hello Tom! I got maybe a bugs here, but i really cant post anything, everytime i post this pop up message show up

It was fine few days ago, you can see im pressing the button and those pop up show up and the news i post wasn't even there, just the pop up if you wanted to leave the site

Im using a google chrome on Android 12 i got this bug years ago aswell, but it was fine hours later, this now almost 2 days yet still like this, hope you can fix it

I'm having issues on mobile as well but not desktop (Safari on iPhone). I logged a ticket for it, there have been a few different fixes / updates in that space recently so something must have broken.

I don't know if it's just me that's experiencing this glitch, but ever since that new art portal update was introduced, the comment images would just show up as nothing but text and the file version.

It might not be an issue to some people, but it's a struggle for me personally because I like to format my webcomics that way.

So, yeah. It would be appreciated if someone fixed this.

I think whoever left that react might have deleted their account. I added and removed a react and it updated the status to show no reacts.

This has been an ongoing issue that we're getting closer to solving.

The results are different depending on if you are a supporter of not.

If you are a supporter, the search shows results from all years, as expected.

If you are not a supporter (or not logged in) it only shows results from 2019 and earlier.

Was checking my supporter subscription status just now and I noticed something odd.

In the 'supporter details' part of the picture it says my subscription expires on the 26th of December but in the 'subscriptions gifted to me' section it's labeled as N/A.

May someone please explain why this is happening?

That Supporter status was gifted and the person who bought it likely chose to remain anonymous, so it isn't showing their name there.

The zoom in & out feature in small submissions is thankfully fixed, but I just encounter a glitch relating to said feature in my multi-image submission.

As you can see, the zoom in & out feature glitched out, but when I click on the next image...

It just came back, but I'm unable to zoom in to any of my images.

When I try to look at animated artwork at the moment, the image will try to load for a brief second and then suddenly disappear for some reason. A part of me suspected it was my ad blocker but I already leave that off on Newgrounds, and did also disable Firefox's tracking protection as well with no luck. Using Firefox (of course) on Windows 11.

I republished this piece and it fixed the issue. I've seen this same thing happen once before, have you been seeing it on any other pages?

The image is fixed on my end too now!

I just looked at a couple of other randomly selected animations from the art portal now and they seem to be loading just fine. Before that I thought it was an issue on my end, but, now suspecting there might be an issue with publishing affecting some images instead?

Not sure about the other entries, will have to keep an eye on things!

Hey there, earlier today I’ve made an art post consisting on two images, the post was uploaded successfully with no issues whatsoever. I later went back to check on it I noticed that I incorrectly uploaded the wrong version of one of the two files, I went to edit the post but I must’ve messed up in some way as now when I click on it only one image of the two show up while the edit button leads to an error page. I asked a couple of friends if they could see the post at all and they were led straight to the error page.

This is my first time using the site properly so I apologize if I made any mistakes I was not aware of.

I feel like I reported this once and it got fixed for a bit, but it's back.

Chrome for Android, newgrounds displays weirdly, with the right side either cut off or the screen zoomed in depending on if I scroll up or down. Doesn't happen on the other browser in my phone though.

This has been a weird one, hope we can get it sorted out once and for all.

When i upload pics of my drawings they come out flipped, even tho when i published it it loaded right

Some of my most recent drawings are coming out this way which i took photos with on my phone,

Are these from an iPhone? We have some persistent issues related to how iPhone stores rotation meta data with photos that doesn't translate over to NG's side of things. If any web dev gurus know how to fix this, let me know!

however i tried screenshotting the pics thru my laptop and it worked!
