I hope we have some people interested in law in the room.
So based on what everyone knows from their country, region, state, province, etc.

Here's the case...
Parents of a girl who has no brain activity and is 100% on life support discover she's pregnant.
Parents signed over care of the girl, including all medical decisions over to her provider.

Provider inseminated girl at the request of a rich man dying of a disease that requires compatible stem cells to cure.
Provider was paid substantially to do it.

What would the case be? What would the charges be? Are their grounds for a lawsuit, removal of medical credentials?

Could the rich man claim the fetus after it's born/aborted? What legal rights do the parents have?

Why would anyone get a brain dead person pregnant?
