Phoenotopia here on the site. The game is great. Music and graphics are beautiful. The last part is damn near impossible. You need incredible timing to beat the last portion of the game.

You made it all the way to last level, that is not bad.

You should include a link. It might help others remember the best way to finish that last level.

Maybe Streamline or Super Stacker 2 are specific for this kind of games...
I never finish Streamline. Is so hard! I played it for 2 hours eithout pausing and ... nothing.
Super Stacker 2 or 1 are not so impossible but not so easy. Is like Meatboy. Easy to win but not so easy to complete all tasks.

The newer Xbox or the classic NES version?

There's a new version? I didn't even know about that, I've only played the original NES one

Shinobi on the Ps2. I got farther than all my friends but never beat it.
I also never beat Pryzm Chapter One: The Dark Unicorn but I couldn't really stand playing it so in a way too hard.

The NES classic was a difficult game, that I have defeated. Parts two and three were also nice.

I have not played the remake, but I have heard others say it was tough.

The later bosses in Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth are impossible on hardmode unless you have a Digimon on your team that has defense-ignoring skills.

Bosses in Cyber Sleuth have an irremovable ability that boosts their defense to the point where regular attacks won't deal considerable enough damage. Also they like to use HP draining attacks. Early on it's not too bad and the lesser bosses can be poisoned, but around Chapter 10 the bosses will be able to regain more HP than you'll deal damage per turn and their defense will be so high that normal attacks will deal damage in the double digits when you should be dealing damage in the high hundreds.

That sounds like a challenge , but at least there is a way to win with the defense-ignoring skill.

I am not familiar with that game, but that does seem impossible. Does anybody have any tips for this game?

Keep a Digimon on your team that has defense-ignoring skills.

That is the trick to win the game.

Is that a PC or a console game?

The Last Of Us was really difficult and so was Dishonored. I guess really that it all depends on the difficulty you play them on.

Sounds like a great game. Was it a series, or just one game?

it's actually a lot easier than the snes games, but it's still hardish if you have no clue what you're doing.

The original were Nintendo hard, especially the flying creatures when you tried to jump. Beating those games felt very good.

I don't know if I could have beaten Monster Hunter Freedom Unite without a teammate. Or Ecco the Dolphin without save states.

Nothing with with two players working together. I am not a fan of save states, and I do not recommend them.

I used save states because I was playing the Sega Genesis Collection. I was trying to bulldoze my way through over 30 games and didn't want to spend the rest of my natural lifetime doing it.

You should play games they way they were created. Save states is a form of cheating.

crap did i say snes? i meant nes. but yeah i guess so. i mean, i think there's a collection on the snes which might be virtually the same so i might have saved myself from my own mistake... but i'm not sure.

They ported 1, 2 and 3 all in one game for the SNES

anyway, yeah, master system games in general seem to be easier. not so easy you can zero effort em, but not so hard you'd wanna throw your controller through your tv screen either.

It seems like games getting easier the more technology advances.
