So my mom sells food out of her home a few times a year to the community. She turns her kitchen into a tiny dive and people come and buy dinners. The most popular entrée she sell are chittlins/chitterlings. Which are pig intestines boiled until tender. Mmmmm

Kmsl! When my mom started cooking chittlins, the whole house smelled like a shit bomb. Me and my big brother would stay outside until 2 in the morning. But surprisingly they don't taste like they smell.
