You will need a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation, Like Garageband, pro tools, reaper, logic ETC,) And a VSTi (Virtual Studio Technology Instrument) Which will load your drum sounds. Use a MIDI editor in your DAW to draw out a drum beat. Garageband/Logic/Pro Tools already have those drum sounds, and I don't think there are too many DAWs that don't output wav.

So... I use the FL Studio demo. I guess that takes care of the first two? I don't think I have access to a MIDI editor...
I would imagine that FL has one! FL also has drum samples, I think. Google "Drums in FL"

Actually I found that the demo has Drumpad, so I'm good.

The demo also has FPC. It may not be much but give it a go -- you never know what could come out of it.

FPC is a generator? I thought it was just a sample thingy
For classic 808 909 drums, you could use drumsynth, it is very old synth in FL, but surprisingly good.
