I can't find anything about it and I love this song!

It might not be a full song, just a short thing that someone whipped up to cover brief sections in videos.

I'd say it sounds like a chiptune style track.

A german YouTuber plays that song in his videos. It's longer but I had snipped that out because he used this part in 2 of his endcarts.. More I couldn't snip out
