A federal judge has ruled the Happy Birthday song is public domain, which means anyone can use it without having to pay royalties to the cocksuckers known as WMG.

About fucking time. It's a shit song anyway, but it is at least one positive step against the bullshit side of copyright. Sadly they are still in the process of trying to extend that bullshit over games once again, but you know....one step at least.
