pm people programmers sometimes works too check programmers out and ask away see if spaming them would acually grasp it's fruit!
beside working with people it frastrating as hell since you are waiting for their responds take ages!
the question is are you welling to devote a time for the project and is the other team member is going to devote a time for it? that is the most importent question because a failure can start from unable to give a time for a project!
also these links works for almost everything programmers or artists! you can also beg people at the art forum for a contributer to your game if you want to find people there!
