As some others have said, if they're done right then they aren't so bad.
They're also pretty good if someone has had breast cancer and they're able to get that type of reconstructive surgery too.

Real tits feel great and they emit a natural warmth to them, like you can feel the flow of the breast in your hand as it adapts to the curvature of the palm. Fake tits don't have that and they have this constant rigid look that's off-putting, I guess.

Having had funtimes with both fake and real, I can say there's really not much of a difference.
I think people just like to hate on things that are "unnatural."
